We are Wendy and Martijn. We have been working in mental health care for years. We have experience with different types of therapies. We mainly specialize in Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and we also specialize in trauma treatment. We think it is important that we match your wishes. Through a conversation we can see what will be best in your situation. We see our therapies as follows: Investing in mental Wellness. Approach to therapies

Mindfulness

Take 8 lessons, individually or in groups. Classes are approximately 1 1/2 hours for individual classes. Group lessons will be 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

This therapy is tailor-made. This is determined in consultation with you.

EMDR

The number of sessions depends on the trauma. The sessions vary between 2 and 5 times.
